Dear Friends and Family,

There is a change in the wind for the Bennetches. For those of you that don’t know, we are moving to Virginia to be part of the ministry of “Equipping the Saints”. This ministry works with missionaries to supply them with their needs....whether it be medical equipment, office supplies, computers, books, Bibles or even school buses.

Charlie’s job will be to network supplies to missionaries, repair copiers, audio-visual equipment and office machines, as well as to go on mission trips to bring supplies and to train nationals how to maintain and repair the machinery. He will also be able to represent the mission at various missionary conventions and will be available to counsel and pray with furloughing missionaries. For those of you who really know Charlie you are probably saying to yourself now, “Wow! That sounds just like Charlie!”

Kathy’s job will be to help organize and to declutter the warehouse as well as co-ordinate the volunteers’ hours and provide hospitality to visiting church groups. She will also be able to go on mission trips to advise missionaries on basic first aid and nursing skills.

So how can you help?

  1. Pray! We are looking for faithful prayer warriors who will undertake praying for us as the Lord brings us to mind.

  2. Keep in touch with us and let us know how we can pray for you and your family. (Don’t let us get lonely and miss our friends!)

  3. Come and visit us and see what we do and be a part of the ministry. Come sort clothing, pack boxes, load containers, do simple repair work and “hang out” in the Shenandoah mountains!

How can you pray for us?

  1. Pray that our house sells quickly so we can move and start our new ministry.

  2. Pray for our health and physical stamina as we move our household goods and look for housing in Virginia.

  3. Pray that God brings in our financial support. Equipping the Saints (ETS) is a faith based mission (which means we will need to raise our own finances by presenting the mission and our ministry to churches and individuals).

  4. Pray for our children as they will be scattered over Georgia, Tennessee, and Canada.

Most of all, we want to thank you for your love and support over the years that we have spent in Savannah. We love your enthusiasm and count on your prayer support as we come full circle back to our first love -- missions. Rejoice with us as we begin a new chapter in our lives and come work along side us as we start this new adventure.

To God be the Glory,

Charlie and Kathy Bennetch
