Dear Friends and Family,
We just finished loading a container for Ghana, West Africa . We were able to complete it in four days with the help of a youth group from New York. It was so hot and humid those four days that we weren't sure if we would be able to finish loading or not. God was certainly good and we were able to finish Friday evening and the group was able to see the container being pulled away from the loading dock bound for Norfolk and eventually Ghana.

Physically we are exhausted! we keep waiting for our second wind to come.....today I typed the manifest ( over 3,000 items).God is good, all the time even when we don't feel it! How wonderful to know that God's promises transcend our emotional ups and downs! Our scripture passage was from Phillipians 2:14 "Do all things without complaining or arguing.....Thanks God, I needed that! It's so easy to complain about people who don't meet our expectations, or situations that are not fair, or even unrealistic demands on my time.

Help me realize that you have chosen this path for me! Remind me that you don't call without empowering!
