Have you ever had Poutine? It's a Canadian Dish consisting of French Fries with gravy and cheese curds. I know it sound disgusting but here we are at a French Bistro in Saskatoon to try some of this dish. Becky insists that the Montreal style served at this restaurant is the best kind.

It wasn't bad.....we kiddingly call it "heart attack on a plate." I wouldn't want a steady diet of it but now I can check it off my list of life experiences. I also saw a Mountie, Maple Leaves, and brought back Saskatoon Berry Syrup.

We have been back for over a week now and still find ourselves smiling and remembering some happy times being together. Vacations are great but all too quickly they are over. The hard part is waiting the 6 months for Christmas to all be together again.

Meanwhile we toil at the tasks of loading and unloading items, folding and sorting an endless mountain of clothing, and staging items for shipping. It's not glamorous work. It's hot, and tiring, but it is rewarding in that we are able to stretch the missionary dollar.

Galatians 6: 9-10 Keep us going....."Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers!"
